Raman Microscope RamMics M785 is an optical spectral instrument with specialized software for getting enlarged images of small details of sample structures, and also for measurement of spectral characteristics of samples by acquiring Raman scattering and photoluminescence.

The functions of RamMics® include spectral identification and analysis of microparticles composition and of other micro structured objects and substances.

The optical scheme of RamMics® consists of a microscope module and a spectral analyzer module (EnSpectr R785®) connected with a beam splitter module. Visual study of object is done in standard regime of microscope with the use of oculars and/or video camera. According to the instrument configuration, any optical scheme of object illumination (reflection or transmission) can be used.

EnSpectr Professional Software automatically manages all the parts involved into spectral signal measurement process. Besides that, mathematical block of the program automatically compares acquired spectrum with reference substance spectra stored in a spectral database, and thus recognizes the acquired spectra.

EnSpectr R785® consists of a single grating spectrometer without moving parts connected to a firmly fixed laser assembly which yields excellent wavelength reproducibility. EnSpectr R785 uses, cutting-edge low pass filter, as well as a 350 mW single mode laser emitting at 785 nm to provide extraordinary precise spectral resolution and guarantee high accuracy measurements in a spectral range from 95 to 3500 cm-1. These features allow measuring and recognition a spectrum of unknown substance during one second, position spectral lines and determine relative intensity of Raman and luminescent lines – substance “fingerprints”.

EnSpectr R785 comes with a low-noise 3648-element linear-array CCD detector
operating at room temperature and a state of the art system for suppressing the Rayleigh scattering signal and the straight laser light. EnSpectr R785 has an onboard programmable microcontroller that provides flexibility in controlling the spectrometer and accessories.
