Igor was appointed professor of Moscow State University and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) in 1996. He was awarded the Russian State Award for Physics, and also the Max-Planck and Humboldt awards in 2001. Since 1997 he is Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Prof. Kukushkin is the author of more than 200 scientific publications and 4 patents.

Chief Technology Officer :: Leonid Kulik, PhD, Dr. of Sci., Prof.
Leonid has over 10 years experience in Raman spectroscopy and management of scientific projects. Awarded the Humboldt Prize in 2000, and Presidential Award for young doctors of science in 2007. Since 2015 he is Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences.Prof. Kulik is the author of more than 50 scientific publications.
Research fields: Raman spectroscopy of collective electronic excitations in low-dimensional semiconductor heterostructures.
